A new fun weekly foraging field trip series with author, forager and chef, Jess Starwood.
Join this small group each week for a nature immersion walk while discussing topics of wild foods, herbalism, sustainability, wellness, plant and mushroom identification, harvesting ethics, and building community through nature and food. Bring your plant or mushroom related questions and discussion topics! Meet other curious foragers and nature-minded folks in the community.
Drop in for a class at any time!
Location: Each week will feature a different open space location in Ventura County, easily accessible from Los Angeles or surrounding areas. Location will be emailed to students on Monday before class.
Dates: Every Wednesday from April 19-May 31, 2023
Time: 4:00-6:00pm
Cost: $35 per week, or save by signing up for the entire series ($200)
