Fall Wild Foods & Wildcrafted Herbalism
10 Weeks (8 live virtual + 2 in-person workshop + 2 field trips)
Fall is a time of going inward, nourishing our own roots; preserving and using the bounty of prior seasons. We will also explore foundational herbalism for foragers to create healing extracts and infusions of wildcrafted herbs. Details Here
Field Trip Locations: Southern California
Live Virtual Classes take place on Wednesdays 6-8pm PST, will be recorded and accessible for current students during the course.
Course Options:
I. Exclusive one-on-one apprenticeship
II. Group Class, virtual weekly classes plus 4 field trips

SPRING 2024 February-April
Apprenticeship:
Spring Wild Foods
10 Weeks (8 live virtual + 2 in-person field trip + wild food dinner)
An introductory course to foraging wild foods, sustainability issues, and ethics. Plant and mushroom identification skills, how to harvest, process and preserve wild foods for your health and supporting the environment by focusing on invasive species. Virtual-only option available for those out of state or region.
